Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least eighteen years of age, or older where the law of your jurisdiction sets a higher threshold, and you must be legally permitted to gamble from your current location. Attempting to disguise your whereabouts through a proxy, VPN or comparable tool is a breach of these terms.

One account is permitted per person, household, email address, payment instrument and IP address. Where duplicates are identified, CosmoBet may consolidate balances into the earliest account and close the remainder.

All information supplied at registration must be accurate and kept current. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to an account held in the registered player's own name; third-party payments are neither accepted nor returned to a third party.

Employees of CosmoBet, employees of our suppliers, and their immediate relatives may not hold player accounts on this platform.

Deposits, wagering and withdrawals

Funds credited to your balance are held for the purpose of play and are not a deposit in the banking sense. No interest accrues, and CosmoBet does not extend credit under any arrangement.

A wager is final once confirmed and cannot be recalled. Where a game round is interrupted by a connection failure, the outcome is settled according to the result recorded by the game provider's server, which governs regardless of what your device displayed.

Verification must be completed in full before the first withdrawal is released. Requests are normally reviewed within twenty-four hours; the time taken for funds to reach you afterwards depends on the payment method and the institution involved.

Manifest error — an incorrectly configured payout table, a mispriced market, a malfunctioning game — entitles CosmoBet to void the affected transactions and restore balances to their pre-error position, whether that outcome favours the player or the operator.

Promotions and bonus funds

Every promotion carries its own conditions covering qualifying deposit, wagering multiple, maximum stake while a bonus is active, expiry window and eligible games. Those specific conditions sit alongside this document and take precedence where the two differ.

Bonus balances must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Requesting a withdrawal while a requirement is outstanding forfeits the bonus and anything won from it.

Patterns such as low-risk or hedged betting to clear a requirement, coordinated play between linked accounts, or systematic exploitation of a promotional flaw are treated as abuse. CosmoBet may withdraw the offer, recover the bonus amount and restrict future participation.

Promotional offers are extended at our discretion, and we may decline to make an offer available to a particular account without stating a reason.

Suspension, closure and dispute resolution

CosmoBet may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where verification is incomplete or where a legal or regulatory obligation requires it. A verified balance not connected to the breach is returned to you.

You may close your account at any time from account settings or by contacting support. Closure does not cancel wagers already placed, nor does it affect the retention periods set out in our privacy policy.

Complaints should first be raised with our support team, who will provide a written response within seven days. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, the matter may be escalated to the Curacao Gaming Control Board as the authority behind licence OGL/2024/1798/1048.

These terms are governed by the law of Curacao. Nothing here limits any statutory right that applies to you as a consumer in your country of residence, including in the United Kingdom.

CosmoBet may amend these terms to reflect changes in law, licensing conditions or platform functionality. Material changes are notified by email or on-site notice at least fourteen days in advance; continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
